Today, U.S. Representatives Ken Calvert (R-CA), Darrell Issa (R-CA), Joe Neguse (D-CO), and Madeleine Dean (D-PA) announced the Bipartisan Fentanyl Prevention Caucus. The co-chairs will coordinate with members from both sides of the aisle to combat the nationwide spike in fentanyl-related overdoses and drug poisonings, working with Federal and state law enforcement.

Today, Congressman Ken Calvert (CA-41) voted along with a bipartisan majority (227 to 198) of the House of Representatives to approve H.J. Res. 27, which blocks the Biden Administration’s overreaching and damaging “Waters of the United States” or WOTUS rule. Rep. Calvert is a cosponsor of the resolution to overturn this rule and return control and common sense to small businesses and farmers at the local level.
