Today, Congressman Ken Calvert (CA-42) issued the following statement following the public release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report:

"The Special Counsel's report concludes that neither the President nor his campaign conspired with Russia to interfere in the 2016 election. Americans should now all join together to confront the ongoing Russian threat to our democratic institutions.

Today, Congressman Ken Calvert (CA-42) signed the Born Alive Discharge Petition to force a vote in the House of Representatives on Congresswoman Ann Wagner's (MO-2) Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, H.R. 962. If a majority of the House signs the petition, Speaker Nancy Pelosi will be forced to bring the Born Alive Act to the House floor for a full debate and vote.

Congressman Ken Calvert (CA-42) has received a response to his March 4^th letter to the Riverside County Registrar of Voters regarding ballot harvesting. The response exposes serious ballot harvesting liabilities that could jeopardize the integrity of our elections.

Today, Congressman Ken Calvert (CA-42) joined Congresswoman Grace F. Napolitano (CA-32) in introducing the Building Success for Youth ChalleNGe Act, H.R. 1638. The bill authorizes the transfer of equipment and facilities from the federal government to the National Guard for purposes of supporting the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program (NGYCP). Rep. Calvert is an original cosponsor and Republican lead on the bipartisan legislation.
